Mermaid Quay was developed in conjunction with Schroder Exempt Property Unit Trust. It comprises a mix of retail A3

uses and includes such tenants as Via Fossa, Bar 38. De'alto, Surrey Free Inns and The Glee Club. It involved the demolition

of the existing and hideous Maritime Museum and a huge amount of care and co-ordination with the Cardiff Bay Development

Corporation who helped with funding and land acquisition.
