KELLANDS FARM

This project had been through a lengthy planning appeal process. This had eventually resulted in a

planning approval, but with a long list of onerous conditions. The client then built out the scheme but made a

number of changes along the way. In order to satisfy the conditions and resolve the changes record drawings
